How we update the catalogue

The date of the last update, what moves between two of them, and the four public documents this site quotes.

This page is the one place on egree.net where the date of the catalogue is printed, and the one place where every source this site leans on is linked in full.

What we update, and how often

The catalogue was last updated on September 10, 2026. We re-run it on a schedule: the price of every finish, whether a finish is still available at all, and the rating and the size of the review pool behind each piece. A finish that has gone out of stock comes off the site at the next build rather than sitting here greyed out, and it comes back on its own when it returns to sale.

Between two updates a price moves. The figure at the checkout is the one that counts, and where the two disagree the checkout wins - that is not a disclaimer, it is simply which of the two numbers you will be charged.

What we do not update, because it does not move

The measurements. A working height of 33.8 to 38.6 inches, a platform at 12, 16 and 20 inches, a footprint of 16.3 by 17.7, a rating of 150 and 165 pounds: those come out of the product data and change only when the piece itself changes. If one of them is wrong, it is a fault rather than a stale figure, and it is worth an email.

The sources

Each of the four below was opened and read on September 10, 2026 before a sentence was written under it. Two of them are the Consumer Product Safety Commission and two are the American Academy of Pediatrics. Nothing on this site paraphrases them into a promise about a child.

Where this comes from

Baby Changing Products: business guidance and small entity compliance guide · U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The federal rule for baby changing products sits at 16 CFR part 1235 and incorporates ASTM F2388 by reference. The standard defines a changing table as a freestanding structure meant to hold a child of up to 30 lb, and its requirements cover structural integrity, the barrier that stops a child rolling off, entrapment, and the working of the restraint system. Children’s Product Certificate · U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. A Children’s Product Certificate is written by the manufacturer or the importer, not by the Commission, and it has to be based on test results from a laboratory the Commission has accepted. It certifies that the product meets the children’s product safety rules that apply to it. Read September 10, 2026.
Changing Table Safety · American Academy of Pediatrics. A child is never left alone on a changing table, not for a moment and not even when strapped; the strap is fastened but is not the thing keeping the child there. The Academy also asks for a guardrail of two inches on all four sides and for supplies to be within the adult’s reach and out of the child’s. Read September 10, 2026.
The Right Age to Toilet Train · American Academy of Pediatrics. Toilet training in the United States usually begins between two and three years of age, and most children are trained by four. The readiness signs the Academy lists are about the child: staying dry for two hours, following a simple instruction, walking to the bathroom and helping undress, and asking to use the toilet.
